Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to defects in:
- Seams, stitching, and hems that fail under normal use.
- Zippers, snaps, buttons, and rivets that break or detach.
- Fabric flaws such as tears, holes, or weak spots present at purchase.
- Lining separation from the shell in insulated garments.
What Is Not Covered
The following are excluded from warranty coverage, as they reflect normal wear or user circumstances:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Fading, minor scuffs, and fabric thinning from daily use.
- Accidental Damage: Cuts, burns, punctures, or damage from tools and machinery.
- Misuse or Alteration: Modifications, improper care, or use outside intended work applications.
- Negligent Care: Damage resulting from ignoring care-label instructions.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Before submitting a claim, please ensure the item is clean, as we cannot process claims on heavily soiled gear for safety and hygiene reasons.

Repair Service for Accidental Damage
